1. General Information

Sri Rajguru Trading Co. is a wholesale and retail supplier of corporate gifts, return gifts, Diwali hampers, and customized gifting solutions.
All items shown on the website are for bulk and enquiry purposes.
Product images are for reference only — actual product colors, designs, or packaging may slightly vary.

2. Enquiries and Orders

Orders are confirmed only after advance payment or mutual confirmation.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on availability, stock, or customization feasibility.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice depending on quantity, customization, or material cost fluctuations.
100% payment or advance as specified must be cleared before dispatch.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved channels only.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are strictly not accepted once the order is confirmed.
No refunds will be issued for customized, bulk, or ready-to-dispatch orders.
In exceptional cases (like production error from our side), we may offer an exchange or partial credit at our discretion.
Orders cannot be reversed once goods are procured, packed, or dispatched.

5. Returns and Replacements

Returns are accepted only in case of proven manufacturing damage or incorrect items, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Damages caused due to mishandling, courier transit, or customization errors after approval are not eligible for return or replacement.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines vary based on stock availability, customization, and location.
We are not responsible for courier delays, transit damages, or logistics disruptions once dispatched.
Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

7. Customization and Branding

For personalized products (logos, engraving, prints, or hampers), final design approvals are mandatory before production.
We are not responsible for design errors approved by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, and logos on this website are the exclusive property of Sri Rajguru Trading Co.
Copying, reproduction, or misuse of content is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-Party Brands

We deal in original branded products from Milton, Cello, Jaypee Plus, Borosil, Prestige, Pigeon, Portronics, Ajanta, Pexpo, and more.
All respective trademarks belong to their original owners and are used for reference purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, delay, or unavailability of our products or services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the invoice value of the concerned product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts only.
