2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time for ready products: 3–7 business days within India.

  • Custom orders and bulk shipments may take 7–15 business days depending on stock and production schedules.

  • Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed due to factors like courier transit time, festivals, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are communicated before order confirmation.

  • Charges may vary based on destination, order weight, and packaging type.

  • For bulk or corporate orders, consolidated courier charges are calculated separately.

4. Delivery Partners

  • We dispatch through reliable courier and transport partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, or other logistics providers.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party courier companies after dispatch.

5. Packaging

  • All products are securely packed to prevent transit damage.

  • Special packaging can be arranged upon request for corporate hampers or fragile items (extra charges may apply).

6. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across India, including major cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays arising from natural disasters, strikes, transport breakdowns, courier network disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • If the shipment is returned because of wrong address details, re-delivery charges will apply.
