At Sri Rajguru Trading Co., customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. However, due to the nature of our business — dealing primarily in bulk orders, customized gifting, and corporate hampers — we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refund Policy

  • Once an order has been confirmed, processed, or dispatched, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This includes cancellations, change of mind, or delays caused by logistics partners.

  • Advance payments are considered non-refundable booking amounts, used immediately for material procurement, packaging, or customization.

2. Replacements and Damages

  • Replacements are offered only if the product is proven defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photo or video proof of the damage.

  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable replacement of equal or higher value — subject to our discretion.

  • Physical damage caused by mishandling or improper storage after delivery will not qualify for replacement.

3. Customized & Personalized Orders

  • All personalized, printed, engraved, or branded products are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved and produced.

  • Clients are requested to thoroughly review design proofs before final approval.

4. Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • For large-quantity or corporate orders, once production has started, no modification or cancellation will be accepted.

  • Refunds or chargebacks through banks or payment gateways are not applicable for confirmed orders.

5. Courier & Delivery Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or transit damage caused by third-party courier services.

  • Once dispatched, the responsibility for on-time delivery passes to the logistics provider.
